You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your shipments, including contents, value, and handling requirements. We reserve the right to inspect shipments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may refuse to accept, transport, or deliver any shipment at our discretion, particularly if we believe the shipment may cause damage or delay to other shipments, equipment, or personnel, or if the shipment is prohibited by law or regulation.

Our liability for loss, damage, or delay of shipments is limited as set forth in our shipping agreements and applicable laws and regulations.

If you wish to obtain insurance through us, additional charges will apply, and separate terms and conditions may govern such insurance.

The website, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TransLogix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. User Conduct

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TransLogix is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the jurisdiction in which TransLogix is established.
